CONTRACT ROLES

Contract roles and self employed positions are billed under the same structure as permanent roles (detailed below). The candidate's total package, upon which our fees are based, is defined as the forecast earnings for the first twelve months including all bonuses, commissions and retainers.

How the system works: (EMPLOYERS)

1. Place an advertisement on our site – candidates will be notified of your role
2. View your short list – view applicants' profiles, search the database and add others to you list who you may be interested in
3. activate the short list – the FinanceStaff team then contact each candidate and obtain their permission to release their full CV to you
4. Interview Candidates we will arrange and manage the entire interview process for you
5. Employ your preferred candidate.

How the system works: (JOB SEEKERS)

1. Create your profile this is what employers see, it contains no personal or contact information, just a summary of skills and experience
2. Attach your CV – this will only be released with your permission
3. Apply for jobs; you can wait for the email notification of jobs of interest or you can search and apply through the site.
4. The service is free of charge to job seekers.
